Events at InstaOffice

Women’s Day at InstaOffice was all about Breaking Stereotypes and Taking Charge! InstaOffice took up gender equality and getting men and women to speak up about the stereotypes they have always related to. We celebrated this day by treating the ladies to a small dose of motivation and a session of fitness & safety. While our members and team in Delhi NCR broke a sweat by participating in an energy-filled Zumba workshop, ladies in Bangalore took charge of their own safety with a self-defence workshop.

InstaOffice, in association with Growisto conducted an invite-only roundtable discussion on Search Engine Optimisation in our Coworking Centre at 100 Ft road, Bangalore where leading online businesses and upcoming startups from Bangalore came together and dove into the fundas of Google rankings. The session also covered interesting case studies and a discussion among the participants facilitated for mutual knowledge sharing.

On May 9th 2017, InstaOffice, in association with Growisto conducted an invite-only round table discussion on Search Engine Optimisation in our Coworking Centre at 100 Ft road, Bangalore where leading online businesses and upcoming startups from Bangalore came together and dived into the fundas of Google rankings.

On 10th March, we hosted Dutching the Patriarchy with 5 women from different walks of life. The discussion mainly revolved around the challenges faced in building and scaling ventures in Indian Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and how to overcome them. We also engaged our guests in an interesting activity.

Keeping in mind the “single” population, InstaOffice decided to hold an event giving people real #CoupleGoals. On Valentine’s Day, we hosted two couples who talked about maintaining the perfect work-life balance, and also engaged them in a grilling session!

Startup Grind was a an evening event with an audience of about a 100 entrepreneurs and a panel of distinguished industry experts as well as senior venture capitalists. An evening of intense pitching and critical feedbacks - it was not devoid of great food and music as well! Our goal was to bring together brilliant minded people, to pitch innovative and scalable products / solutions focussed on unique problems.

InstaOffice hosted delegates from Columbia Business School for a panel discussion with leading entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem. The discussion mainly revolved around the current startup scenario in India, opportunities, and challenges faced.

As a part of Startup Europe India Network’s visit to India, we held a pitching session with delegates from India and Europe. 5 fast-growing startups from India and Europe pitched their startups to the esteemed jury which included eminent Investors and industry experts.

We opened a forum for the people with a background in social entrepreneurship with an aim to set up a platform where our audience can gain an insight into the journey and the experiences of the change makers in this field.

We held a Pitch Roast for early stage startups for those working on an idea which they wanted to get validated from industry experts. We had 5 startups present their ideas which were be grilled and critiqued by a panel of experts. The winning idea got free fund-raising assistance from Dexter Capital, and the runner-up got free office space and services for 1 month (for upto 4 members) from InstaOffice!

This session was focused on Women Entrepreneurs, and featured many high-achieving women in the list of speakers, each with their own set of experiences and learning to share. The audience got a lot to mull over while interacting with each speaker in turn.
