Located on the Indian mainland in the Konkan region of the western state of Maharashtra, Navi Mumbai is a planned city adjacent to Mumbai (Bombay). Navi Mumbai has emerged as an emerging hub for recently incorporated enterprises and start-ups looking to locate their headquarters in Mumbai. Recreational attractions in Navi Mumbai also include a golf course, Central Park, and the Pandavkada Water Falls in Kharghar. The City is home to a number of malls including Pacific Mall, Little World Mall, Glomax Mall, and Prime Mall. The Thane Belapur Marg and the Palm Beach Marg are upscale residential neighborhoods and important business hubs. Thus, when it comes to work-life balance, Navi Mumbai is an excellent place for office and business location.
