And like any good local story, we have a mascot too — Loca, our resident pigeon. Loca represents everything we love about building in a city like Bangalore: showing up every day, finding your people, making your mark, and growing wherever you land. Pigeons don’t wait for permission — they take up space, spread their wings, and (in the most lovable way) are a little bit of a menace. That’s exactly the spirit of The Work Local.
