- Paytm has announced the integration of BHIM UPI on its platform today, with an aim to double the monthly userbase of the digital wallet in the coming 2 years.
- Hospitality startup Freshup has raised $1.5M seed funding from Singapore-based Lotus Global Investments.
- Logistics company Quickdel refuses to withdraw Rs 300 crore notice against online marketplace Snapdeal.

- DocTalk, a messaging app for doctors and patients, has raised $5M funding in a round led by Silicon Valley-based VC firm Khosla Venturesand Matrix Partners India.
- Titan Co Ltd, Tata Group’s watch and jewellery retailing firm, has invested $3-5 million (Rs 19.5-32.5 crore) in Singapore-based wearable technology startup COVE – IoT Wearable Platform,
- Product engineering solutions provider AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Ltd is set to acquire specialised embedded technology company Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 175 crore ($27 million).
- Ahmedabad- and Bangalore-based fin-tech firm Lendingkart has appointed GS Sundararajan, former India head of non-banking finance company Fullerton, to its board as an independent director.
