Sairee Chahal
Founder, SHEROES
An entrepreneur, mentor, TED speaker and founder of SHEROES.in, a career destination for women. Earlier in 2006, Sairee co-founded SAITA Consulting, a consulting firm working with SMBs. In the past, she has worked with Heidrick and Struggles and CII. Her first startup was Newslink Services, the first and only localised newspaper for mariners globally. Sairee started her career while at college taking up assignments, which included writing for a business magazine and assisting India-CIS Chambers of Commerce. She also managed to do some work which was different from her career choices, including a co-translation of a book on the life of poet Rahim from Hindi to Russian and assisting the Discovery Channel producing a documentary called ‘Holy Men of India.’
Prerna Mukharya
Founder, Outline India
Outline India has worked across 21 states to date, about 800+ villages, 15000+ stakeholders, and generated about 4000+ man-days of employment for individuals with high school education/little or no college education. Prerna has previously worked at the Centre for Policy Research, Economics Department at Harvard University in the field of Development Economics and Trade. At MIT, she worked on mortality and demography in the Indian context. She has been a TEDx speaker and a speaker at the Emerging Markets Summit at Booth School, University of Chicago.
Gauri Angrish
Founder, CoralCareBook
Gauri Angrish decided to set out to disrupt an already existing prescription medication industry in India. So, she went in and started by doing something unexpected: she opened a physical storefront pharmacy. She graduated from the U.K.’s University of Nottingham in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, spent a short while working as an analyst for McKinsey and Company in their pharmaceutical and medical division division.
Surabhi Verma
Director, Sparsh For Children
Surabhi Verma works with children having special needs. Having done a PG certification course in Autism from University of Birmingham, UK and masters in Child Development from the MS University Vadodara, she has been working with children with different abilities since 2002. Surabhi Verma is the founder of Sparsh For Children, a multidisciplinary organization for differently abled children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Difficulty/ Dyslexia, Attention Difficulties, Speech & Language Difficulties, Intellectual Disability and Social & Emotional Difficulties. She’s been practicing since 2002 and over the years has developed expertise in working with children of the age group 1.5 years to 15 years. Over the period, she found her niche working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Difficulty. She founded Sparsh For Children in 2005 leading a team of trained Special Educators, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapist. She continues to work as a consultant with various therapy centers and schools on integration projects, curriculum designing and teachers training. She is a true believer in sharing of knowledge by providing theoretical and internship trainings to budding special educators across various institutes and to the parents for continued intervention of children at home. Furthermore, she is the Autism expert at Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) for the Tele conferencing program.
Neha Sharma
COO, Indus Insights
Neha is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Delivery of Indus Insights. She has created lasting value for organizations in consumer finance, e-commerce, and telemarketing domains through the use of Big Data and advanced analytics. Prior to starting Indus Insights, Neha worked in the Risk Management group at Discover Cards, where she was responsible for driving risk analytics strategies for the portfolio. Before this, she managed the P&L responsibility of a $450M receivables Home Improvement portfolio at Citibank, where she drove all streams of the customer acquisition lifecycle, including product testing & strategy design, valuations, and credit policy design. She holds an MS in Finance (with Distinction) from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Archana Khosla
Founder, VERTICES PARTNERS
Archana Khosla specialises in corporate commercial and private equity, and has mentored and advised several start-ups and worked on M&A, joint ventures, and angel, seed, venture capital and private equity investments. She was a senior associate at ELP for six years, having begun her career in the Supreme Court with litigation and thereafter with AZB & Partners in Mumbai after graduating from Army Institute of Law Mohali.

Jyoti Gulati is a Leadership and Business Coach with 20 plus years of professional experience. She runs Accelerated Growth and Magical Outcomes programs for high achievers. She was Vice-President with Citigroup, Vice-President with Polaris Software Labs, Director with American Express before quitting her corporate career to follow her passion to support people to realize their greatest dreams in deepest communion with their highest self. She also runs her own business Mums At Work™, which supports women to have it all through an integration of the science of success, leadership, entrepreneurship, networking and life-style design.
